The office administration function is provided on a shared basis by Mrs Donna Tristram and Mr Roger Harman. Donna's primary responsibilities include managing Parish Hall bookings and invoice processing while Roger takes the lead for providing administrative support to the Planning Committee and managing general IT and website support. Mrs Lynn Ion and Mrs Nicola Whipp provide the caretaker and cleaning function for the Parish Hall

The grounds maintenance team manage our recreation, allotment and cemetery areas and facilities.
The Grounds Supervisor & Compliance Officer is Mrs Michele Dixon who can be contacted for any matters concerning these areas and for allotment enquiries and sports bookings via:

Our Grounds Maintenance Operatives are Mr Alan Coleman and Mr Rob Brady, who work to maintain the Recreation Ground and some of its sports facilities, Noakes Place, the Old Burial Ground and the allotment site at Towerfields. Mr Mel Malins looks after the recreation facilities in the evenings and at weekends. Mr Les Dixon is our our handyman and Mr Mike Passfield and Mr Joshua Stewart help reduce the amount of litter around the village . The Lawn Cemetery, the Vicarage Lane Allotment Site and the Bowling and Cricket facilities are maintained by external contractors.
